Experienced across the corporate and media industries, Jake & Hannah are perfectly placed to consult on all things transgender and deliver training on a wide range of topics including leadership, LGBTQIA+ inclusion in the workplace, parenthood and surrogacy, mental health and addiction and LGBTQIA+ travel.
With 10 years of experience as an advocate across both the British Army and a global Bank, Hannah has mentored countless transgender individuals, as well as their line managers and senior leaders. Whether it is providing one on one advice, running workshops or chairing mediation sessions, Hannah is highly adept at ensuring that the right culture is set within an organisation, allowing everyone to thrive.
Hannah was also instrumental in the Army’s redesign of its transgender employment policy, modernising, updating and broadening its scope and ensuring that the Army remains at the forefront of Trans and LGB inclusion.
As a result, Hannah’s skills and personal experience have been highly sought after and she is proud to have assisted many organisations better integrate LGBT+ individuals into the workplace.
Jake’s background in film has perfectly placed him to advise on all aspects of media and he has very much enjoyed assisting and consulting on several books, editorial pieces and scripts in the last few years. He has worked on several large Hollywood productions, including the Oscar nominated ’The Danish Girl’ (starring Eddie Redmayne /2015) and ‘Colette’ (starring Kiera Knightley/2018).
He has also recently consulted on ITV’s ‘Butterfly’ starring Anna Friel and assisted in the casting and writing of ‘Emmerdale’s groundbreaking trans character ‘Matty Barton’.
Jake is currently advising on three upcoming films and a West End musical.
